The term 'Studios' used in our GitHub organization display name ('RatelSlop Studios') is strictly an informal, creative, and atmospheric moniker. It does not signify a formal business enterprise, partnership, or corporate entity. RatelSlop is solely an informal collaborative hobby banner created by independent private developers for personal learning, experimentation, and non-commercial sharing.
Cross-Border & European Framework (NL / DE): This project is maintained by private developers in the Netherlands and Germany under the domain ratelslop.studio. Under the EU E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) and Dutch Civil Code (art. 3:15d BW), formal corporate registration duties apply to commercial/professional entities.
